        Black Employee Network (BEN)

        BEN’s mission is to drive and sustain an inclusive workplace by fostering personal and professional growth of Black employees, building community connections, and raising cultural awareness at Micron.

        Micron Hispanic Professionals (MHP)

        MHP is dedicated to promoting leadership development and networking of Hispanic professionals at Micron.

        Micron Pride+ Allies

        Micron Pride+ Allies is a group where LGBTQ+ team members and their allies can thrive as their authentic selves in the workplace and the community.

        Micron Women's Leadership Network (MWLN)

        TE@M is a collective representation of tenured and experienced team members at Micron—dedicated to sharing their experiences to enhance Micron’s culture and values, while celebrating and navigating life together.

        Veteran Employee Resource Group (VERG)

        VERG supports active and former military personnel and is committed to helping veterans during their transition into the civilian workforce.

        Workplace Support

        Wellness support for new parents, specific amenities for soon-to-be and new mothers.

        When duty calls, your time away from work to serve on a military assignment is supported by Micron.

        If you have a medical condition that affects your ability to do your regular job, Micron’s Job Accommodation program may be able to help provide continued work opportunities. Depending on the medical restrictions written by your licensed health care provider, and other factors such as the needs of the department and work available, a job accommodation may be available.
